Controlling the right color, decoration, size, and labels has been one of the daily activities of Mrs. Jana, who loves hats even in her personal life. She loves fedora hats in beige color during autumn, but she is also not afraid of distinctive colors in summer time.

Gentleman Zbyšek is key account manager for the Central and Eastern European market for 19 years. He loves TONAK for its beautiful products, art, elegance and contact with people. Most often, you would meet him in his personal life in a classic fedora hat, brown or black color.

There are many beautiful women who work in TONAK, and hat really fit them. One of them is the inspiring brunette - designer Lenka, who stands behind the character of the collections with which TONAK comes to the market twice a year. Her work is extremely varied. It is about communicating with people, exploring new possibilities, technologies, problem solving and anticipation.
In the production itself, a nice and smiling colleague Renča takes care of the final surface treatment of hats.
The lover of hunting hats and straw hats, Štefan, knows excellently all steps of production. It's been 15 years since he took hat bodies product and shaped his first hat.
